Can a triangle be drawn with the following angle measures? Why or why not?

no, the 3 angles of a triangle need to equal 180 degrees

70 +70 +50 = 190 degrees so it cant be a triangle.

Yes. It could, but if the angle measures more than 180, it would be an obtuse triangle.
