If a doctor suddenly had a heart attack while doing surgery, would the other doctors work on the doctor or the patient?

The doctor would be taken into a lung and heart area of the hospital, and be treated by different doctors. Then they would immediately try to find a doctor to continue the surgery.

I believe that they would get another doctor in, take the other doctor and work on him, and send in another doctor. Hope this helps!
