my property is 50×10, how many squares would I need if the square is 16x16

The area of 16×16 is 256. Two of these is 512 square units.
The area of 50×10 is 500 square units.

It would only take two (2) squares 16×16 to cover 50×10, but you would have to cut them into a number of pieces.
